Business Debit Card definition

Business Debit Card or “Card” means any debit card for corporate clients (business customers) issued by Paynetics that is linked to your Account(s). The Card is a type of a payment instrument which allows you to access an Account`s separate balance dedicated to the Card to make debit card payments. The Card may be physical or virtual.
Business Debit Card means an RBC client card tied to a Business Deposit Account.
Business Debit Card means the business debit card or cards issued by the Bank to the Cardholder at the request of the Cardmember pursuant to this Agreement and any substitution, replacements or renewals thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, such business debit card(s) may be issued under such card scheme as may be determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion, including without limitation Mastercard, and/or any other card schemes.

  • If You withdraw Cash using Your Debit Card, for example at a Post Office® or at a cash machine, then the Special Terms and Conditions – Mastercard Business Debit Card will apply.

  • We will issue them with a Mastercard Business Debit Card which will have the name of the person You have authorised on it and We will issue that person with a PIN.

  • Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • Direct Debit means a payment service for debiting a payer’s payment account, where a payment transaction is initiated by the payee on the basis of the payer’s consent given to the payee, to the payee’s payment service provider or to the payer’s own payment service provider;

  • Business User means a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non-Signer.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Debit Card Transaction means an electronic payment using a Card for the purchase of goods or services (which can include payment for CashBack), by a Cardholder, to a Retailer displaying the Visa logo and/or who is in the Visa Scheme.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
