RBI Directions definition

RBI Directions means any instructions/ guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time under Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and/ or any other statutes and more particularly as per instructions contained in Circular bearing No. XXXX.Xx.XX.XX. 1102/02.14.08/2009- 10 dated November 24, 2009 and any other instructions / amendments issued by RBI in this regard from time to time.
