Usage directions means the text or graphics on the product's principal display panel, label, or accompanying literature which describes to the end user how and in what quantity the product is to be used.
General Directions means The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002”
Directions means the directions contemplated in section 27(2) of the Act, issued by a Cabinet member relating to his or her line functions, after consultation with the Cabinet members responsible for cooperative governance and traditional affairs and justice and correctional services;
Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.

Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.
Council Directive means Council Directive 89/552/EEC of 3 October 1989 on the co-ordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in Member States concerning the pursuit of television broadcasting activities as amended by Directive 97/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 June 1997 and by Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2007. Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.
Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Instructions means communications transmitted by electronic or telecommunications media, including S.W.I.F.T., computer-to-computer interface, or dedicated transmission lines.

Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.
Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.
Chief Student Services Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for student services, or his/her designee.
