RCR Pool definition

RCR Pool means the discrete pool consisting of such interests in the related Exchangeable Notes as may be held of record by the Exchange Administrator, from time to time, as a result of exchanges pursuant to Section 2.16 of this Indenture.

  • The Exchange Administrator shall hold and administer, or supervise the administration of, the RCR Pool in substantially the same manner as the Exchange Administrator holds and administers assets of the same or similar type held for its own account or for the account of others.

  • Cover Pool means the cover pool constituted by, collectively, any Eligible Assets and Top-Up Assets held by the Guarantor in accordance with the provisions of the Securitisation and Covered Bond Law, the Decree No. 310 and the Bank of Italy Regulations.
