RCRA Order definition

RCRA Order means any administrative or judicial order issued pursuant to Section 7003 of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6973, or similar state law, regardless of whether such RCRA Order was issued Prepetition or Postpetition, and regardless of whether the Debtors’ liability under Section 7003 arises from the Prepetition acts, omissions, or conduct of the Debtors or their predecessors.
RCRA Order means the administrative order to which the Refinery is or soon will be subject issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Section 3008(h) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
RCRA Order means the administrative order to which the Refinery is subject issued by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality under the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act.
