Ready for Delivery definition

Ready for Delivery means the time when the Technical Acceptance Process has been completed in accordance with Clause 8 and all technical conditions required for the issuance of the Export Airworthiness Certificate and/or the Statement of Conformity (as applicable) have been satisfied.

More Definitions of Ready for Delivery

Ready for Delivery means the time when (i) the Technical Acceptance Process has been successfully completed for an Aircraft in accordance with Clause 8 and (ii) all technical conditions required for the issuance of the Export Airworthiness Certificate have been satisfied for such Aircraft.
