PROTECTIVE COVERING. The LESSEE assumes full responsibility for providing adequate covering to protect the boat from any and all perils and for the proper maintenance of such covering while the boat is on or in the premises of LESSOR.

PROTECTIVE COVERING. Protective covering, such as durable plastic sheeting, is to be placed on the road surface & verges where pre-mix concrete vehicles disgorge their product, whether into wheelbarrows, or by conveyor belt, or by pump.

An environmental clean-up charge will be assessed for any do-it-yourself work residue which must be cleaned up by the LANDLORD. ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS. XXXXX POINT XXXXXX IS A NO DISCHARGE ZONE. LANDLORD provides facilities for the environmentally friendly disposal of trash/garbage, oil waste/motor oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, hydraulic fluid, lead acid batteries, Aluminum Cans, steel, zinc, copper/bronze, sanitary holding tank/portapotty, fish waste and bottom/side paint chips. TENANT will not allow any waste or other pollution into the WATER OR LAND and will either utilize LANDLORD provided facilities for disposal or recycling or remove all waste from the Marina.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.
