Ready for Test definition

Ready for Test means that the Liquefaction Train or the Liquefaction Train System, as applicable, (i) has been installed and is mechanically complete, (ii) has completed Seller’s commissioning and start-up activities pursuant to the Services Agreement, (iii) is capable of being operated safely in accordance with requirements under the EPC Agreement, and (iv) is ready for the Performance Tests to be performed in accordance with the Agreement.

Ready for Test refers to the condition of the Facilities immediately after achievement of the Mechanical Completion Milestone and prior to the commencement of the Commissioning and Start-up Period activities, where the entire integrated plant is ready for the introduction of feedstock.

Examples of Ready for Test in a sentence

  • In the event of any delay attributable to such third parties, events and non-compliance, the Ready for Test Date and/or Ready for Service Date shall be deemed extended by the number of days of delay and the Service Supplier shall not be liable therefor.

Related to Ready for Test

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.

  • S&P CDO Monitor Test A test that will be satisfied on any date of determination (following receipt, at any time on or after the S&P CDO Monitor Election Date, by the Issuer and the Collateral Administrator of the Class Break-even Default Rates for each S&P CDO Monitor input file (in accordance with the definition of “Class Break-even Default Rate”)) if, after giving effect to a proposed sale or purchase of an additional Collateral Obligation, the Class Default Differential of the Highest Ranking Class of the Proposed Portfolio is positive.   • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.
