Ready Mix Concrete means a concrete mixture containing cement, water and aggregates comprising sand, gravel or crushed stones, etc., mixed, according to a set recipe, in a batching plant or in a transit mixer or both, for delivery, in a ready to use condition, to a work site by means of truck mounted in-transit mixers;
