Ready Mix Concrete definition

Ready Mix Concrete means a concrete mixture containing cement, water and aggregates comprising sand, gravel or crushed stones, etc., mixed, according to a set recipe, in a batching plant or in a transit mixer or both, for delivery, in a ready to use condition, to a work site by means of truck mounted in-transit mixers;
Ready Mix Concrete means a building material used in the construction of buildings, highways, bridges, tunnels, and other projects that is produced by mixing a cementing material (commonly, but not limited to, Portland cement) and Aggregate with sufficient water to cause the cement to set and bind.
