The Contractor shall provide at his own cost any access, foot path structures, bridges and approach to the Work Sites from public roads in accordance with the requirement stipulated in the Technical Specification.
The traffic control plan must be prepared by an accredited person trained in the use of the current version of RTA Traffic Control at Work Sites manual.
Subcontractor shall conduct work in a prompt, efficient, and effective manner, and shall not cause any delays, either to its own Work or the work of other persons or entities performing on the Work Site(s).
Subcontractor further agrees to cooperate fully with other persons and entities performing or supplying materials on the Work Site(s).
The traffic control plan must be designed in accordance with the requirements of the Roads and Traffic Authority’s Manual, Traffic Control at Work Sites Version 2 and Australian Standard AS 1742.3: Manual of uniform traffic control devices - Traffic control for works on roads’.
