REAL PROPERTY SECURITY INSTRUMENTS definition

REAL PROPERTY SECURITY INSTRUMENTS means, collectively, any and all deeds of trust and mortgages, if any, now or hereafter executed by Borrower or any other Person pursuant to which Borrower or such Person grants a lien on real property to the Lender to secure any or all of the Obligations, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and replacements of any or all of such documents.

  • Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Lenders.

  • Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.

  • Security Instrument A written instrument creating a valid first lien on a Mortgaged Property securing a Mortgage Note, which may be any applicable form of mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt or security deed, including any riders or addenda thereto.

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreements has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.

  • Real Property Collateral means the parcel or parcels of Real Property identified on Schedule R-1 and any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower.

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement means a Copyright Security Agreement, a Patent Security Agreement or a Trademark Security Agreement.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.

  • Personal Property Collateral means all Collateral other than Real Property.

  • Real Property Laws as defined in Section 3.1.18(f).

  • Mortgaged Real Property means (a) each Real Property identified on Schedule 1.01(a) hereto and (b) each Real Property, if any, which shall be subject to a Mortgage delivered after the Original Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.11(d) or pursuant to Section 5.11(d) of the Original Credit Agreement or the Prior Credit Agreement.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.

  • Existing Mortgages means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed delivered pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement including any amendments, modifications, restatements or assignments thereof.

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Real Property Leases means the leases, subleases, licenses or other agreements, including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties or other agreements with respect thereto, under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries uses or occupies or has the right to use or occupy any real property.

  • Reverse mortgage means a nonrecourse loan under which both of the following apply:

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(h).

  • Existing Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(a)(vi).

  • Real Properties means the real property owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement Supplement means, collectively, any intellectual property security agreement supplement entered into in connection with, and pursuant to the terms of, any Intellectual Property Security Agreement.

  • First Priority Security Documents means each agreement or document granting or purporting to xxxxx x Xxxx on any Common Collateral to secure First Priority Obligations.

  • Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and the Agent.

  • Permitted Real Property Encumbrances means (i) those liens, encumbrances and other matters affecting title to any Mortgaged Property listed in the applicable title policy in respect thereof (or any update thereto) and found, on the date of delivery of such title policy to the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms hereof, reasonably acceptable by the Administrative Agent, (ii) as to any particular real property at any time, such easements, encroachments, covenants, restrictions, rights of way, minor defects, irregularities or encumbrances on title which do not, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent, materially impair such real property for the purpose for which it is held by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, thereof, or the Lien held by the Administrative Agent, (iii) municipal and zoning laws, regulations, codes and ordinances, which are not violated in any material respect by the existing improvements and the present use made by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, of such real property, (iv) general real estate taxes and assessments not yet delinquent, and (v) such other items as the Administrative Agent may consent to.
