Intellectual Property Security Agreement definition

Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent for its own benefit and for the benefit of the other Credit Parties, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property of the Loan Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means a Copyright Security Agreement, a Patent Security Agreement or a Trademark Security Agreement.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means, collectively, the intellectual property security agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Security Agreement, dated the date of this Agreement, together with each other intellectual property security agreement or Intellectual Property Security Agreement Supplement executed and delivered pursuant to Section 6.12, Section 6.14 or Section 6.16.

Intellectual Property Security Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(a)(v).
