Reallocation Bank definition

Reallocation Bank with respect to a Plan CO means each Bank other than (i) any Delinquent Bank on behalf of which that Plan CO or any other Plan CO was originally issued on the same date, and (ii) the Contingency Bank that owns that Plan CO;
