REASONABLE CONSENT definition

REASONABLE CONSENT. The prior written consent of a Party (in any capacity), which may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
REASONABLE CONSENT. Provisions. To the extent any provision of this Lease may call for the "reasonable consent" of either party to be given, and where written notice is given requesting such consent as provided in Section 21.05, such consent shall be deemed "given" unless a written refusal to consent is sent to the requesting party within twenty (20) business days after the mailing of the written request for consent.
