Reasonable Use Policy definition

Reasonable Use Policy means the terms contained in our Reasonable Use Policy, which can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxx;

Reasonable Use Policy means any policy relating to the expected use of a Service by the Customer as available from JT’s offices or On-line or as provided to the Customer.

Reasonable Use Policy means the Merchant’s obligation to not use the Service in an abusive or unduly burdensome manner as determined by GoCardless, acting reasonably. For the avoidance of doubt, a Failure rate of 10% (or greater) of the total number of Transactions that the Merchant has attempted to have processed, for a period exceeding 3 months, will be in breach of the Reasonable Use Policy. Regulated Entity has the meaning given to it in the Regulated Terms.

Examples of Reasonable Use Policy in a sentence

• IDT reserves the right to not sell a Plan, or to not renew a Plan, to a consumer who is in breach of this Services Agreement or Reasonable Use Policy or is otherwise abusing the Plan or using it in a way that overburdens IDT’s network or that could damage IDT’s business.
