Recalculated Participating Interest definition

Recalculated Participating Interest means the reduced Participating Interest of a Participant as recalculated under Sections 8.5, 8.6 or 9.5 of the Agreement.
Recalculated Participating Interest means the reduced Participating Interest of a Participant as recalculated under SECTIONS 9.5, 9.6 or 10.5 of the Agreement.

  • Similarly, if such final adjustment as provided under Section 9.5 results in a Recalculated Participating Interest for either Participant of less than 10% for a Program Period as to which the provisional calculation under Section 9.5 had not resulted in a Participating Interest of less than 10%, then such Participant, at its election within 30 days after notice of the final adjustment, may contribute an amount resulting in a revised final adjustment and resultant Recalculated Participating Interest of 10%.
