Receipt Quantities definition

Receipt Quantities means all quantities of Gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of Shipper for Transportation Service.
Receipt Quantities means all quantities expressed in Dth of Gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of the Shipper.

  • Shipper agrees to Tender Gas for Transportation Service and Transporter agrees to accept Receipt Quantities at the Primary Point(s) of Receipt identified in Exhibit A.

  • Differences at a receipt point shall be allocated pro rata among all Shippers at that receipt point on the basis of the Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantities, unless the upstream interconnecting operator providing the point confirmation submits a PDA to the allocating party before the start of the Gas Day, and Transporter accepts the PDA.

  • Differences at a receipt point shall be allocated (1) in accordance with the provisions of an OBA, if an OBA covers such point; or (2) pro rata among all Shippers at that receipt point on the basis of the Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantities, unless the upstream interconnecting operator providing the point confirmation submits a PDA to the allocating party before the start of the Gas Day, and Transporter accepts the PDA.

  • The term « Allocable Share » shall mean for any Billing Month a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Shipper’s Maximum Daily Receipt Quantity for the Billing Month and the denominator of which shall be the aggregate of all Shippers’ Maximum Daily Receipt Quantities for the Billing Month.

  • Vector acknowledges that, in respect of each Day, a Shipper may cause the aggregate of its Receipt Quantities on a Pipeline to be different to the aggregate of its Delivery Quantities on that Pipeline for the purpose of causing its Running Mismatch to tend towards zero.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.
