Receipt Quantities definition

Receipt Quantities means all quantities of Gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of Shipper for Transportation Service.
Receipt Quantities means all quantities expressed in Dth of Gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of the Shipper.

Examples of Receipt Quantities in a sentence

  • Shipper agrees to Tender Gas for Transportation Service and Transporter agrees to accept Receipt Quantities at the Primary Point(s) of Receipt identified in Exhibit A.

  • Vector acknowledges that, in respect of each Day, a Shipper may cause the aggregate of its Receipt Quantities on a Pipeline to be different to the aggregate of its Delivery Quantities on that Pipeline for the purpose of causing its Running Mismatch to tend towards zero.

  • Each Shipper and First Gas shall ensure that every GTA includes a commitment by the Gas Transfer Agent to notify First Gas via OATIS of each Shipper’s Receipt Quantities within the times published by First Gas on OATIS.

  • Subject to the next sentence in this section 8.1, each Shipper shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that, in respect of each Day, the aggregate of its Receipt Quantities on a Pipeline matches the aggregate of its Delivery Quantities on that Pipeline.

  • Points of Receipt and Delivery: Shipper agrees to Tender Gas for Transportation Service and Transporter agrees to accept Receipt Quantities at the Primary Point(s) of Receipt identified in Exhibit A.

  • Under any GTA the aggregate of Receipt Quantities allocated to Shippers at a Receipt Point must equal the metered quantity of Gas at that point on that Day, provided that the GTA will set out the rules the Gas Transfer Agent will use to determine each Shipper’s primary allocation.

  • At any Receipt Point where an OBA does not apply, Shippers’ Receipt Quantities will be calculated by the Gas Transfer Agent in accordance with the relevant GTA.

  • Under any GTA the aggregate of Receipt Quantities allocated to Shippers at that Receipt Point on a Day must equal the metered quantity of Gas on that Day, provided that the GTA will set out the rules the Gas Transfer Agent will use to determine each Shipper’s primary allocation.

Related to Receipt Quantities

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
