Receivable For Municipal Obligations Sold means no more than the aggregate of the following: (A) the book value of receivables for Municipal Obligations sold as of or prior to such Valuation Date if such receivables are due within five business days of such Valuation Date, and if trades which generated such receivables are (i) settled through clearing house firms with respect to which the Fund has received prior written authorization from Moody’s or (ii) which counterparties have a Moody’s long term debt rating of at least Baa3; and
