Receivable Sale Agreement definition

Receivable Sale Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Receivable Sale Agreement, dated as of January 19, 2012, among the Originators and Seller, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Receivable Sale Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Receivable Sale Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2009, between Originator and Seller, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Receivable Sale Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Preliminary Statements to the Agreement.
