Receivables Adjustment Amount definition

Receivables Adjustment Amount means, as of the time of determination, the amount, if any, by which the Receivables Target Amount exceeds the Receivables Amount (it being understood that if the Receivables Amount equals or exceeds the Receivables Target Amount, the Receivables Adjustment Amount shall be zero (0)).
Receivables Adjustment Amount means, as at each Determination Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Unbilled US$ Receivables that are Eligible Receivables as at such Determination Date multiplied by the Unbilled Receivables Adjustment Percentage as at such Determination Date;

Receivables Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Receivables Adjustment Amount means the amount, expressed in United States Dollars, by which the Net Receivables are less than or exceed Five Hundred Sixty Million United States Dollars (US$560,000,000.00). If the Net Receivables are less than Five Hundred Sixty Million United States Dollars (US$560,000,000.00), the Receivables Adjustment Amount shall be subtracted from the Base Price. If the Net Receivables exceed Five Hundred Sixty Million United States Dollars (US$560,000,000.00), the Receivables Adjustment Amount shall be added to the Base Price.
