Receivables Information definition

Receivables Information means the information regarding Receivables provided to Burdale pursuant to Clause 8.
Receivables Information means any information furnished by magnetic tape, diskette or any other computer readable format, or in writing to the Underwriters by the Transferors or Ford Credit regarding the Receivables and "Prospectus Information" means the information contained in (but not incorporated by reference in) any preliminary prospectus; provided, however, that if any information that would otherwise constitute Receivables Information or Prospectus Information is presented in the 8-K Information in a way that is either inaccurate or misleading in any material respect when read in conjunction with the Prospectus and would not be inaccurate or misleading in any material respect but for the manner in which such information is presented, such information will not be Receivables Information or Prospectus Information.

More Definitions of Receivables Information

Receivables Information means the information regarding Receivables which is to be submitted by to Senior Lender pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, which information shall include such documentation, data or other information as may be specified by Senior Lender from time to time.
Receivables Information means, with respect to any Receivable, (a) the name and social security number of the applicable patient, (b) the Date of Service relating to that Receivable, (c) the diagnosis, procedures and services relating to that Receivable, (d) the charges therefor, (e) any other information required to complete a HCFA 1500 form with respect to that Receivable, (f) any other information that an applicable Obligor will require in order to accept, process and make timely payment on that Receivable and (g) any other information specified from time to time by Program Manager.
Receivables Information. The information relating to the Proposed Receivables required in connection with Posting an Asset Submission included in an Offer.

  • Servicer Information As defined in Section 12.07(a).

  • Portfolio Information means confidential and proprietary information of the Fund, the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser that is received by a party hereto in connection with this Agreement, and information with regard to the portfolio holdings, investment activity and characteristics of the Fund.

  • Pool Information means the mortgage pool information reflected in the Master Tapes and the Prospectus Supplement. “Master Tapes” shall mean the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures dated the date of the Preliminary FWP and the date hereof, respectively, rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(h)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • Receivables Program means, with respect to any Person, an agreement or other arrangement or program providing for the advance of funds to such Person against the pledge, contribution, sale or other transfer of encumbrances of Receivables Program Assets of such Person or such Person and/or one or more of its Subsidiaries.
