Receival Standards definition

Receival Standards means the quality specifications to be applied to Grain on delivery as set and agreed by CBH with the major stakeholders based on nationally recognised standards prior to the Harvest Period (and which are available upon request and on LoadNet® for MarketersTM).
Receival Standards means the standards as prescribed in the Commodity (Grain) Classification Manual as published on the Company website, in respect of Receival, at the time the Grain is received, and in respect of Outturn, at the time of Outturn.

  • Recognising the inevitability of a small level of Soil contamination at harvest, and in order to provide a practical standard that recognises both the difficulty for delivery of Farmer Dressed pulses completely free of Soil, and the requirement of most importing countries for zero tolerance of Soil in imported product: • The Receival Standards for almost all Farmer Dressed pulses have been set at a maximum of 0.5% total Unmillable Material by weight, which includes a maximum of 0.3% of Soil by weight.

  • The Client acknowledges that QBT, while using best endeavours to Outturn Product in accordance with the Receival Standards, is not liable for any non-conformance to the specification where the attribute does not form part of the original testing procedure or cannot be comprehensively determined by QBT at the time of receival at the Facility.


More Definitions of Receival Standards

Receival Standards means the receival standards for classification of grain set out beside the heading “Receival Standards” in the Purchase Contract. Unless otherwise determined by us, Receival Standards are accepted industry receival standards at the Delivery Location and are available on request from AWB from the Grower Service Centre. “Related Body Corporate” has the meaning set out in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001.
