Receival Standards means the standards as published on the Company website, in respect of Receival, at the time the Grain is received, and in respect of Outturn, at the time of Outturn.

More Definitions of Receival Standards
Receival Standards means the receival standards for classification of grain set out beside the heading “Receival Standards” in the Purchase Contract. Unless otherwise determined by us, Receival Standards are accepted industry receival standards at the Delivery Location and are available on request from AWB from the Grower Service Centre. “Related Body Corporate” has the meaning set out in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001.

Receival Standards means the standards set for the Commodity, by the Buyer, and as varied by any relevant standards set by the Receiver at a Receival Point from time to time (whether or not the Receiver has notified the Supplier of those standards). A copy of the Receival Standards will be provided to the Supplier by the Buyer upon written request;

Receival Standards means AWB GrainFlow Pty Ltd ABN 62 088 928 858 standards for the receival and classification of commodities delivered to the AWB GrainFlow sites which are available at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx (under the tab “Receivals Standards”). Additional Receival Standards may be created and published by the Loader from time to time and agreed by the Customer, with which agreement must not be unreasonably withheld.
