Receiving Group definition

Receiving Group means RECEIVING PARTY and its Subsidiaries (including any other Persons when they become Subsidiaries of RECEIVING PARTY), subject to the exception set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Receiving Group has the meaning set out in Clause 35.1 (Non-disclosure of Confidential Information).
Receiving Group is defined in Clause 13.1 (Non-disclosure of Confidential Information).

  • Subject to the foregoing, the member of the Receiving Group that received such request may thereafter disclose or provide the Disclosing Group’s Confidential Information to the extent required by such Law (as so advised by counsel) or by lawful process or such Governmental Authority.

More Definitions of Receiving Group

Receiving Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(a).

As used herein, “control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or other interests, by contract or otherwise.

Receiving Group means collectively the Receiving Party, the Receiving Party’s members, and those of their respective Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, legal advisors, financiers, members, partners and shareholders, and the co-venturers or Affiliates of either of them, who have a “need to knowin order to facilitate the exercise of rights and performance of obligations of the Receiving Party in this Agreement.
Receiving Group means the Receiving Party and its Affiliates, together with their respective Representatives;

Related to Receiving Group

  • Receiving Party means the Party receiving Confidential Information.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Receiving zone means an area of a municipality that the municipality

  • Receiving Bank means the bank to which the sender's instruction is addressed.

  • Receiving water means any lake, river, stream or wetland that receives stormwater discharges from an MS4.

  • Receiving waters means the waters of the state into which point and non-point sources flow.

  • Receiving facility means a structure that is designed to receive septage waste for treatment at a wastewater treatment plant or at a research, development, and demonstration project authorized under section 11511b to which the structure is directly connected, and that is available for that purpose as provided for in an ordinance of the local unit of government where the structure is located or in an operating plan. Receiving facility does not include either of the following:

  • Tax Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Providing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Alliance Partner means "Flatworld Trading Pvt Ltd ", who has entered into an alliance agreement with Axis Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

  • Disclosing Party means the Party disclosing Confidential Information.

  • SDS means safety data sheets;

  • MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • IDT means intradepartmental transfer.

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Recipient Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information from the other Party.

  • Receiving Agency means HHSC or DSHS, as applicable, Agency receiving the benefit of the goods or services provided under this Contract.

  • Preparer means the Company that is responsible for the preparation and filing of the applicable Tax Return pursuant to Sections 3.1 or 3.2.

  • Pfizer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.
