Recent Graduate Program means a program designed to provide fixed-duration, post-graduate teaching experience not to exceed two (2) years to recent University graduates. The termRecent Graduate Position” means a Lecturer I position held by an Employee who earned either a terminal masters or doctorate degree from the academic unit that wishes to appoint the Employee. An Employee appointed to a Recent Graduate Position must be appointed to the Position within one (1) year from the date of the Employee’s graduation.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Investment Grade Certificate As of any date of determination, a Certificate that is rated in one of the four highest generic rating categories by at least one Rating Agency that is defined as a “Rating Agency” under Section III of the Exemption.

  • Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody's Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody’s, S&P and DBRS as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the Notes or failed to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control; provided that if one or more of Moody’s, S&P or DBRS ceases to rate the Notes or fails to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control, the Issuer may select any other “designated rating organization” within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be.

  • Long-Term Rating has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Designated Rating means, for a security or instrument, a rating issued by a designated rating organization, or its DRO affiliate, that is at or above one of the following rating categories, or that is at or above a category that replaces one of the following rating categories, if

  • Sound level means the A-weighted Sound Pressure Level;

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Specified Rating means, for the Class A(2018-1) Notes, Aaa(sf) with respect to Xxxxx’x, AAA(sf) with respect to Standard & Poor’s and AAAsf with respect to Fitch.

  • Initial Rating With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.

  • Investment Grade Rating Date means the date on which the Borrower first obtains an Investment Grade Rating.

  • S&P Required Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P of “BBB+”.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Hedge Counterparty Ratings Requirement means (a) either (i) the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of the substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A-1” by S&P or (ii) if the substitute counterparty does not have a short-term rating from S&P, the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of the substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A+” by S&P, (b) either (i) the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A1” by Moody’s (and if rated “A1” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade to below “A1”) and the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “P-1” by Moody’s (and if rated “P-1” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade and remaining on watch for possible downgrade), or (ii) if such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) does not have a short-term debt rating from Moody’s, the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “Aa3” by Moody’s (and if rated “Aa3” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade to below “Aa3”), and (c) either (i) the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A” by Fitch or (ii) the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “F1” by Fitch.
