Recipient employee definition

Recipient employee is an employee, agent, subcontractor or other person who acts by or through Recipient entity to obtain, access, use, store or disclose confidential information.
Recipient employee means an individual employed by the District government for a minimum of one year without a break in service who is designated to receive annual or universal leave transferred from a leave contributor.
Recipient employee means each employee of the Company designated as a recipient of a Convertible Note in accordance with the Payment Schedule.
