Recipient Plan definition

Recipient Plan means an Eligible Retirement Plan that is designated by a Distributee to receive a Direct Rollover or Trustee-to-Trustee Transfer.
Recipient Plan means the Plan into which the Transferred Member transfers.
Recipient Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(c).
