Examples of Recital E in a sentence

  • Recital E should be completed where a corporate Affiliate of the Sponsor is formally empowered by the Sponsor to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Sponsor thereby binding the Sponsor as Party to the Agreement (and should be removed where this is not the case).
