Reclamation Fund definition

Reclamation Fund means the fund established by the Grantor pursuant to Section 4.1 as part of the Reserve for the purpose of providing for any future reclamation and environmental obligations and liabilities for which the Grantor may be liable;

  • General Account consists of all our assets other than those held in any separate investment accounts.

  • Acquisition Fund means any company formed with the intent to offer securities to the public and use the proceeds to consummate one or more Business Combinations which are unspecified at the time of the securities offering.
