Reclamation plan definition

Reclamation plan means the operator's written proposal, as required and approved by the department, for reclamation of the land that will be disturbed. The proposal must include, to the extent practical at the time of application for an operating permit:
Reclamation plan means a plan submitted by an applicant for a permit which sets forth a plan for reclamation of the proposed surface coal mining operations pursuant to subsection 2 of section 38-14.1-14.
Reclamation plan means a plan submitted by an applicant which provides a plan for reclamation of the proposed surface coal mining operations pursuant to section 63518.

  • Prior to and in preparation for termination of this Lease and/or every fifth year of operation, and as partial satisfaction of the requirements of the Reclamation Plan, an environmental audit may be required at the discretion of the Director, and shall be conducted at Xxxxxx's expense.

  • During the term of this Lease, prior to commencement of any activities by Lessee on the Millsite Area resulting in land disturbance and prior to January 1 of each subsequent year that this Lease is in effect, Lessee shall furnish to the Division a reclamation bond which meets the requirements and standards of AS 27.19, the regulations thereunder and the Reclamation Plan, securing Xxxxxx's performance of the Reclamation Plan.

Reclamation plan means a written proposal, submitted to the department as required by ORS 517.702 to 517.989 and subsequently approved by the department as provided in ORS 517.702 to 517.989, for the reclamation of the land area adversely affected by a surface mining operation or exploration and including, but not limited to the following information:
