Recorded Restrictions definition

Recorded Restrictions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.1.
Recorded Restrictions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.25.
Recorded Restrictions means the restrictions running with the land, binding upon Developer and successor owners of all or part of the Project, as more particularly described in Section 5.6.3.
