Examples of Dealing Restrictions in a sentence
Each person will have regard to Dealing Restrictions when operating, interpreting, administering, participating in and/or taking any other action in relation to the Plan.
Subject to any Dealing Restrictions which prevent Awards being granted, the Board may grant Awards at any time during a Grant Period.
In the case of an Option, the Option may not be exercised while Dealing Restrictions prevent such exercise.
Plan Shares may not be issued or transferred to an Award Holder while Dealing Restrictions prevent such issue or transfer.
