Recreation Access definition

Recreation Access means those programs that increase the ability for county citizens to access public lands, park facilities, and park amenities, including education, interpretive services, safety information, transportation, and other activities that increase the accessibility for county residents, especially for those in high-need and very-high need study areas.

Examples of Recreation Access in a sentence

  • The DH Companion 1) represents that he/she has read the foregoing terms and conditions and the Weyerhaeuser Recreation Rules and Regulations and Special Conditions, and agrees to abide by all of them at all times; and 2) understands and agrees that any violation of the terms of this Waiver, including the Rules and Regulations, shall entitle Weyerhaeuser to terminate this Waiver and that the DH Companion may not be eligible for future Waivers or to purchase a Recreation Access Permit.

  • Penalties may be levied against organizations that fail to provide proof that Recreation Access Passes are held by all registered participants.

  • All persons living within the contributing taxation area may obtain at no charge their Recreation Access Passes at the Facility during regular business hours with proper identification (i.e. BC Driver's License) and proof of residence in the form of either a property tax/assessment notice or a utility bill showing the property address.

  • Permittee agrees and understands that s/he must print his/her Recreation Access Single Page Permit.

  • The Recreation Access Single Page Permit and photo identification must be shown upon request by a Weyerhaeuser representative (including security) or law enforcement officer.

  • An employee who is hired for a specific time period currently enrolled in a post-secondary academic program before and after the student employment term.

  • The fee charged for Recreation Access Passes is set through bylaw by the Region.
