Recurring Billing definition

Recurring Billing means the optional feature associated with Payments Advanced and Payments Pro Payflow that, with the consent of your customer, enables you to set up payments that recur at specified intervals and frequencies as described in more detail on the PayPal website.

Examples of Recurring Billing in a sentence

  • The monthly payment option is the only deferred payment option available and is processed using the Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB) system.

  • Change in Company-provided Switched Access Service to a Collocated Interconnection arrangement or vice versa.

  • You shall also provide adequate disclosures to make clear to customers that if they do not want their applicable Card Data updated, they may request you to remove their Card that is being stored by PayPal and/or terminate their Recurring Billing or Recurring Payments agreement with you.

  • If this Agreement terminates for any reason, then you must notify all Cardmembers for whom you have submitted Recurring Billing Charges that you no longer accept the Card.

  • You must retain evidence of such consent for two (2) years from the date you submit the last Recurring Billing Charge.

  • You must obtain a Continuous Authority Form before submitting the Recurring Billing Charge.

  • The cancellation of a Card account constitutes immediate cancellation of that Cardmember’s consent for Recurring Billing Charges.

  • You must retain Continuous Authority Forms for twelve (12) months from the date you submit the last Recurring Billing Charge.

  • If you are using the Recurring Billing or Recurring Payments feature you agree that it is your responsibility to comply with Card Company Rules, applicable law, including the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (Reg E), including by capturing your customers’ agreement to be billed on a recurring basis.

  • If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, then you shall at your own cost notify all Cardmembers for whom you have submitted Recurring Billing Charges of the date when you will no longer be accepting the Card.

Related to Recurring Billing

  • Recurring Revenue means, with respect to any period and any Asset, the meaning of “Recurring Revenue”, “Adjusted Recurring Revenue” or any comparable definition in the Investment Documents or if there is no such term in the Investment Documents all recurring subscription, service, support or maintenance revenue for such period for such Asset.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.
