Redelivery Acceptance Certificate definition

Redelivery Acceptance Certificate means a redelivery acceptance certificate to be executed and delivered by the parties at redelivery of the Aircraft to Lessor substantially in the form appearing at Schedule 13 (Form of Redelivery Acceptance Certificate);
