Redemption Election definition

Redemption Election means (1) a notice by the Holder to the Company substantially in the form set forth in EXHIBIT D or (2) a notice by the Holder to the Company included in the form of Inconvertibility Notice set forth in EXHIBIT C.
Redemption Election means (1) a notice by a holder of Series C Preferred Stock to the Corporation substantially in the form set forth in Section 14(d) or (2) a notice by a holder of Series C Preferred Stock to the Corporation included in paragraph 3 of the form of Inconvertibility Notice set forth in Section 14(c).
