Redflex System definition

Redflex System means, collectively, the Salus® System, SMARTcam® System, the SMARTscene® System, REDFLEXred® System, REDFLEXradar®" System, SMARTops® System, the Program, and all ofthe other equipment, applications, software, hardware, back office processes, servers, off-site backup systems, cameras, sensors, components, motor vehicles and other related tangible and intangible property, to enable Redflex to enforce a minimum of one lane of travel at a designated location.
Redflex System means, collectively, the Salus™ and/or SMARTcam™ System, the SMARTscene™ System, and all of the other equipment, applications, cameras, sensors, components, motor vehicles and other tangible and intangible property relating thereto, to enable Redflex to enforce a minimum of one lane of travel at a designated location. The SMARTops™ System, the Photo Enforcement Program, and all of the other equipment, applications, back office processes, servers, off-site backup systems, software and other tangible and intangible property relating thereto.
Redflex System means, collectively, the SmartCam Systems, the SmartOps System, SmartScene System, The Red Light Photo Enforcement Program, and all of the other equipment, applications, back office processes and digital red light traffic enforcement camera, sensors, components, products, software and other tangible and intangible property relating thereto.

  • With respect to the maintenance of the Redflex System at the Designated Intersection Approaches, the City and Redflex shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth on Exhibit C.

Related to Redflex System

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
