Redistributable Components definition

Redistributable Components means software components, provided by Xxxxxxx.xx in object code format, to be incorporated into a Customer Application as an inseparably combined work.
Redistributable Components means the following components of the Software:
Redistributable Components means those portions of the Software designated as redistributable and intended for redistribution by OEM to End Users.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Affymetrix may modify or cease supporting the Software (including without limitation the Redistributable Components) at any time with or without notice and the entire risk of using the Software, including without limitation the risk of using the Redistributable Components in connection with your software application(s), is borne by you.

  • You may reproduce and distribute the files listed in the REDIST.TXT file (collectively referred to as "Redistributable Components"), along with any modifications you may make to the Sample Code, provided that you comply with the Distribution Terms listed in such REDIST.TXT file.

  • Termination will not affect end user licenses of the End User Software Product which contain the Redistributable Components which were distributed by Licensee prior to termination.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this MSA, Xxxxxxx.xx grants Customer a non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license for the term of the applicable Order to reproduce the Redistributable Components identified in the Documentation, solely in object code format and to distribute such copies of the Redistributable Components to Customer’s end user customers as an inseparably combined work as specified in such Order as licensed (the “Redistributable Components License”).

  • Except for Licensee's rights to distribute the Redistributable Components, Licensee may not rent, transfer, assign, sublicense, or grant any rights in the Software, in full or in part, to any other person or entity without Chilkat's written consent, except that this agreement may be assigned to a successor of Licensee in the case that all or substantially all the assets or equity of Licensee are acquired by the successor.

  • You may reproduce and distribute the files listed in the REDIST.TXT file (collectively referred to as "Redistributable Components") provided that you comply with the Distribution Terms listed in such REDIST.TXT file.

  • An Authorized User may reproduce ` and distribute the flies listed in the REDIST.TXT file (collectively referred to as "Redistributable Components'), along with any modifications such Authorized User may make to the Sample Code, provided that such Authorized User complies with the Distribution Terms listed in such REDIST.TXT file.

  • Xxxxxxx.xx will defend Customer against any third-party claim brought against Customer that Customer’s use of the Software or Redistributable Components in accordance with the terms herein infringes or misappropriates any patent subsisting, copyright, trademark or trade secret, provided however that Customer with regard to any such claims: (i) promptly notifies Xxxxxxx.xx; (ii) reasonably cooperates with Xxxxxxx.xx; and (iii) allows Xxxxxxx.xx to control the defense and all related settlement negotiations.

  • Redistributable Components Only the Library Code included in the SOFTWARE may be redistributed.

Related to Redistributable Components

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Distributable Items means, as prescribed by CRD IV, the amount of the profits at the end of the last financial year plus any profits brought forward and reserves available for that purpose before distributions to holders of own funds instruments less any losses brought forward, profits which are non-distributable pursuant to provisions in legislation or the institution’s by-laws and sums placed to non-distributable reserves in accordance with applicable national law or the statutes of the institution, those losses and reserves being determined on the basis of the individual accounts of the institution and not on the basis of the consolidated accounts, or any successor provision thereto;

  • Activated reserve components means members of the reserve component of the uniformed services who have received a notice of intent to deploy or mobilize under Title 10 of the United States Code, Title 32 of the United States Code, or state mobilization to active duty.

  • Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Fully Burdened Manufacturing Cost means, with respect to any Licensed Product supplied by or on behalf of NVCR to Zai hereunder if such Licensed Product (or any precursor or intermediate thereof) is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer [***].

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Redistributable Files means the SOFTWARE files or other portions of the SOFTWARE that are provided by GC and are identified as such in the Documentation for distribution by You with the Developed Software.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Companion Distribution Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Negative Carry Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.10(a) of the Agreement.

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Cash Component means that portion, if any, of the Conversion Shares Offer Consideration consisting of cash.

  • Unrecovered Initial Unit Price means at any time, with respect to a Unit, the Initial Unit Price less the sum of all distributions constituting Capital Surplus theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit and any distributions of cash (or the Net Agreed Value of any distributions in kind) in connection with the dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit, adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of such Units.
