Redistributable Components definition

Redistributable Components means software components, provided by Xxxxxxx.xx in object code format, to be incorporated into a Customer Application as an inseparably combined work.

Examples of Redistributable Components in a sentence

  • You may reproduce and distribute the files listed in the REDIST.TXT file (collectively referred to as "Redistributable Components"), along with any modifications you may make to the Sample Code, provided that you comply with the Distribution Terms listed in such REDIST.TXT file.

  • If Xxxxxxx.xx reasonably determines that the security of its Software, Redistributable Components or infrastructure may be compromised due to hacking attempts, denial of service attacks, or other malicious activities, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Xxxxxxx.xx may, without liability to Customer, temporarily suspend the Software, Redistributable Components and/or related services and Xxxxxxx.xx will take action to promptly resolve such security issues.

  • Termination will not affect end user licenses of the End User Software Product which contain the Redistributable Components which were distributed by Licensee prior to termination.

  • Except for Licensee's rights to distribute the Redistributable Components, Licensee may not rent, transfer, assign, sublicense, or grant any rights in the Software, in full or in part, to any other person or entity without Chilkat's written consent, except that this agreement may be assigned to a successor of Licensee in the case that all or substantially all the assets or equity of Licensee are acquired by the successor.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Affymetrix may modify or cease supporting the Software (including without limitation the Redistributable Components) at any time with or without notice and the entire risk of using the Software, including without limitation the risk of using the Redistributable Components in connection with your software application(s), is borne by you.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this MSA, Xxxxxxx.xx grants Customer a non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license for the term of the applicable Order to reproduce the Redistributable Components identified in the Documentation, solely in object code format and to distribute such copies of the Redistributable Components to Customer’s end user customers as an inseparably combined work as specified in such Order as licensed (the “Redistributable Components License”).

  • At the end of the Trial Period, Customer’s right to access and use the Software, Redistributable Components, and/or Documentation, as provided herein, automatically expires and Customer agrees to cease accessing and using such Software, Redistributable Components, and/or Documentation.

  • Xxxxxxx.xx will defend Customer against any third-party claim brought against Customer that Customer’s use of the Software or Redistributable Components in accordance with the terms herein infringes or misappropriates any patent subsisting, copyright, trademark or trade secret, provided however that Customer with regard to any such claims: (i) promptly notifies Xxxxxxx.xx; (ii) reasonably cooperates with Xxxxxxx.xx; and (iii) allows Xxxxxxx.xx to control the defense and all related settlement negotiations.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this MSA, Xxxxxxx.xx grants Customer a non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license for the term of the applicable Order to reproduce the Redistributable Components identified in the Documentation, solely in object code format and to distribute such copies of the Redistributable Components to Customer’s end user customers (“End User(s)”) as an inseparably combined work as specified in such Order as licensed (the “Redistributable Components License”).

Related to Redistributable Components

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
