Reference Financial Statements definition

Reference Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(a) hereof.
Reference Financial Statements means the unaudited balance sheet of the Company as at December 29, 2013 and the income statement for the 9 month year to date fiscal period ending on that date, delivered to the Buyer at Closing.
Reference Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

  • All holidays herein enumerated shall be paid during the life of this Agreement, regardless of the days of the week upon which they may fall.
