Reference Plant CO2 Emissions definition

Reference Plant CO2 Emissions means the Initial Reference Plant CO2 Emissions (as such term is defined in the Agreement), as may be adjusted by the DPA Counterparty pursuant to Condition 10.19 (Base Performance Assumptions Adjustments);
Reference Plant CO2 Emissions has the meaning given to that term in schedule 4 (Variable Payment Calculation);
Reference Plant CO2 Emissions has the meaning given to that term in Condition 8 (Definitions: Part 5) of Part 5 (Payment Calculations);

  • Reference plane means a plane which is displaced from and parallel to the tomographic plane.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Sewage treatment plant means any arrangement of devices and structures used for treating sewage.

  • greenhouse gas emissions means emissions in terms of tonnes of CO2 equivalent of carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) and sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) determined pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 525/2013 and falling within the scope of this Regulation;

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Seasonal high water table means the level below the natural surface of the ground to which water seasonally rises in the soil in most years.

  • PM10 emissions means PM10 emitted to the ambient air as measured by an applicable reference method, or an equivalent or alternate method, specified in 40 CFR Part 51, Appendix M as of December 8, 1984, or by a test method specified in these regulations or any supplement thereto.

  • Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).

  • Evaporative emissions means in the context of this UN GTR the hydrocarbon vapours lost from the fuel system of a motor vehicle during parking and immediately before refuelling of a sealed fuel tank.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which (1) a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and (2) while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Water treatment plant means that portion of the water supply system which in some way alters the physical, chemical, or bacteriological quality of the water.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Treatment Plant means the onshore plant to be constructed by the Joint Venturers for the liquefaction and treatment of natural gas and condensate as contemplated in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Aviation gasoline means fuel designed for use in the operation of aircraft other than jet aircraft,

  • Energy Deviation(s) means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) the final accepted Bid (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) submitted for the Project for the hour of the Settlement Interval divided by the number of Settlement Intervals in the hour; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval.

  • Greenhouse gases (GHGs) means the aggregate group of six greenhouse gases: carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, methane, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride.

  • Cannabis plant means any plant of the genus Cannabis;

  • Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
