13.1 The “Base Year” applicable to this Contract for Difference is 2012.
13.2 The “Initial Strike Price” applicable to this Contract for Difference is £[●] per MWh39.
PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. All payments under this EPA will be calculated applying the following principles:
(i) all payment calculations will be rounded to the nearest cent;
(ii) Energy will be expressed in MWh rounded to two decimal places;
(iii) if Statistics Canada (or the then recognized statistical branch of the Government of Canada):
(A) computes, at any time after the Effective Date, the CPI on a basis different to that employed at the Effective Date, then the CPI will be converted using the appropriate formula recommended by Statistics Canada (or the then recognized statistical branch of the Government of Canada);
(B) at any time ceases to publish or provide the CPI, then the provisions of section 1.2(h) will apply;
(C) has not published the CPI for a relevant period at the time the Seller is required to provide the Buyer with an invoice, the Seller will prepare the invoice based on the CPI in effect at the time the invoice is issued and when the CPI for the relevant period is published, the Seller will recalculate the invoice amounts in the next succeeding invoice and will include a credit or debit, without interest, in the next succeeding invoice based on the results of the recalculation; or
(D) recalculates the CPI within 36 months after an invoice affected by that CPI calculation has been issued, then the Seller will recalculate the invoice amounts for the relevant period in the next succeeding invoice and will include a credit or debit, without interest, in the next succeeding invoice based on the results of the recalculation.

9.1 The "Base Year" applicable to this Contract for Difference is 2012.
9.2 The "Initial Strike Price" applicable to this Contract for Difference is £[●] per MWh37. 31 Drafting note: This shall be either (a) the capacity notified by the Delivery Body in the Generator’s FiT CfD Application as the capacity in megawatts, or (b) if the Allocation Round in which the Generator is participating requires them to submit a sealed bid, then the capacity for which successful allocation has taken place under the Allocation Round.
PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. In consideration for Imprev’s obligations under this SOW, from and after the Launch Date, Market Leader will pay Imprev a monthly fee (prorated for any portion of a month) equal to the greater of (i) the Monthly Minimum, or (ii) the Monthly Revenue Share with respect to such calendar month. “Monthly Minimum” shall mean $[*]. “Monthly Revenue Share” shall mean the sum of (a) [*]% of the first $[*] of Revenue (as defined below) received by Market Leader during a calendar month, and (b) [*]% of any amount in excess of $[*] of Revenue received by Market Leader during such calendar month. “Revenue” shall mean (x) all amounts received by Market Leader from Sales Associates (or any other person or entity) purchasing the Market Leader Integrated Basic Product A La Carte and the Market Leader Integrated Premium Product, and (y) all amounts received by Market Leader that constitute Agreed Realty Generator Revenue (as defined below). “Agreed Realty Generator Revenue” means with respect to each Market Leader Integrated Realty Generator Product purchased by Sales Associates, the lesser of (aa) $[*] for each Sales Associate purchasing such product, or (bb) $[*].
