Reference weight definition

Reference weight means the weight of the vehicle in running order, increased by a uniform weight of 120 kg. The weight of the vehicle in running order is its total unladen weight with all tanks full—with the exception of the fuel tank, which must only be half full—and a set of tools and the spare wheel on board.

  • Reference Asset Weight means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the proportion of the Reference Portfolio set out under the heading “Reference Portfolio Weight” for such Reference Asset in the table included under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Reference mass means the "unladen mass" of the vehicle increased by a uniform figure of 100 kg for test according to Annexes 4a and 8;

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Gross weight means the aggregate weight of a vehicle or combination of vehicles and the load

In addition, with respect to any Counterparty First Floating Amount, if payment of interest on a Reference Obligation (or any portion thereof) is subject to the payment of a specified minimum rate regardless of the level of the relevant Floating Rate Index, then, without limiting the effect of the preceding sentence, such Floating Rate Index will be determined without regard to such specified minimum rate. Monthly Period: Each period from and including the 12th day of any calendar month to but excluding the same day of the immediately succeeding calendar month. Calculation Agent: Citibank; provided that, if an Event of Default described in Section 5(a)(vii) occurs with respect to Citibank as Defaulting Party and no Event of Default has occurred with respect to Counterparty as Defaulting Party, then Counterparty may designate any of Bank of America, NA, The Bank of Montreal, Barclays Bank plc, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank AG, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., UBS AG and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as Calculation Agent, which designation shall be effective only (a) if such designated entity accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties of the Calculation Agent hereunder and (b) so long as such Event of Default with respect to Citibank as Defaulting Party continues. The Initial Price will be determined exclusive of Costs of Assignment that would be incurred by a buyer in connection with any purchase of the Reference Obligation and exclusive of any Delay Compensation.

  • Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.

  • Dry weight basis means 100 percent solids (i.e. zero percent moisture).
