Reference Years means the year used to calculate the Default Baseline in accordance with Schedule Six;
Reference Years means the Reporting Year(s) specified in the relevant Final Terms as being the Reference Year(s);
Reference Years means the Reporting Year(s) specified in the applicable Final Terms as being the Reference Year(s).
