Refinancing Amount definition

Refinancing Amount means, in connection with any Refinancing of Indebtedness hereunder, the additional amount of Indebtedness in excess of the principal amount of Indebtedness being Refinanced that is incurred to fund such Refinancing; provided that, the principal amount (or accreted value, if applicable) of such new Indebtedness does not exceed the principal amount (or accreted value, if applicable) of the Indebtedness so Refinanced (plus unpaid accrued interest and premium (including tender premiums) thereon and underwriting discounts, defeasance costs, fees, commissions and expenses).
Refinancing Amount means an amount equal to the outstanding nominal amount of the Existing Bonds on the First Issue Date:

  • Any Refinancing Term Loans made on a Refinancing Amount Date shall be designated as a separate series (a “Refinancing Series”) of Refinancing Term Loans for all purposes under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
