Examples of Refinery Complex in a sentence

  • If the Related Refinery Owner elects to move certain pipelines within the Refinery Complex, and such relocation of the pipelines requires relocation of any of the Applicable Assets, then this Lease shall continue in full force and effect; provided, however, the Parties shall execute an amendment hereto reflecting the new location(s) of the Applicable Assets.

  • HollyFrontier Cheyenne will retain responsibility for complying with the terms of the Cheyenne RCRA Order, including all obligations that apply or relate to the Applicable Assets located at the Cheyenne Refinery Complex.

  • The Relevant Asset Owner and the Related Refinery Owner shall reasonably cooperate with one another with respect to the installation, operation and maintenance of the Connection Facilities so as to minimize any disruption to the operation of the Refinery Complex, the Relevant Assets and the Service Assets.

  • Each Related Refinery Owner and each applicable Relevant Asset Owner recognize that portions of each of their respective businesses and operations are conducted within the Refinery Complex, and that necessary interactions result from such proximity.

  • HollyFrontier Navajo will retain responsibility for complying with the terms of the Navajo RCRA Permit, including all obligations that apply or relate to the Applicable Assets located at the Navajo Refinery Complex.

Related to Refinery Complex

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation facilities and Burswood Casino to be constructed on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2;
