Tulsa Refinery definition

Tulsa Refinery means that certain petroleum refinery owned by HollyFrontier Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Tulsa Refinery means the portion of the Assets that constitute a “Refinery” under 40 C.F.R. § 80.2.
Tulsa Refinery has the meaning given to such term in the Recitals.
