Refusal to Serve definition

Refusal to Serve means a refusal to accept a new client, a termination of service to an existing client, or an interruption of service to an existing client which lasts longer than 48 hours.

Examples of Refusal to Serve in a sentence

• Refusal to Serve The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply Delivery Service to new Customers or to supply additional load to any existing Customer if it is unable to do so under a Rate Schedule or if it is unable to obtain the necessary equipment and facilities or capital required for the furnishing of such service.

• Refusal to Serve: For the purpose of preventing the violation of this Article II, any licensee, or licensee’s agent or employee, may refuse to sell or serve alcoholic beverages to any person who is unable to produce the required written evidence of identity and of the fact that he/she is over the age of twenty one (21) years.

• Failure or Refusal to Serve Assigned DisciplineIf the student fails to serve the discipline assigned due to circumstances genuinely beyond the student’s control, the student must make up the discipline.

• Failure or Refusal to Serve Discipline: If the student fails to serve the discipline due to circumstances genuinely beyond the student's control, the student must make up the discipline.
