Refuse definition

Refuse means any garbage, rubbish, or trade waste.
Refuse means any waste matter generated out of different activities, processes, either Bio-degradable/Non- biodegradable/recyclable in nature in either solid or semi- solid form which cannot be consumed, used or processed by the generator in its existing form.
Refuse means all solid waste products having the character of solids rather than liquids and which are composed wholly or partially of materials such as garbage, trash, rubbish, litter, residues from clean up of spills or contamination, or other discarded materials.
