Regional Airline definition

Regional Airline means Envoy Aviation Group Inc., Piedmont Airlines, Inc. and PSA Airlines, Inc. and their respective Subsidiaries.
Regional Airline means a person who carries on business on a continuing basis as an air carrier based in Australia and operates on a scheduled basis within Regional Australia pursuant to the terms of a current Air Operators Certificate issued under the Civil Aviation Act, 1988 (Commonwealth) and regulations;
Regional Airline means AMR Eagle Holding Corporation and its Subsidiaries and, in addition, (following the AMR/LCC Merger), Piedmont Airlines, Inc. and PSA Airlines, Inc. and their respective Subsidiaries.
