Regional emergency response team definition

Regional emergency response team means a team that the division contracts with under s. 166.215 (1).
Regional emergency response team means any group of local government emergency responders brought together and supported by the state and confirmed by the director, office of homeland security to assist an affected jurisdiction within the different regions of the state with the intent to protect life and property against the dangers of incidents and emergencies involving hazardous materials or weapons of mass destruction;
Regional emergency response team means the team created pursuant to Section 21 of this act for the region in which an incident or event involving the release or the likelihood of a release of a dangerous substance has occurred.

  • Emergency Medical Transportation means the transportation, by ambulance, of sick, injured or otherwise incapacitated persons who require emergency medical care.

  • Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;
