Regional health information organization definition

Regional health information organization or ‘RHIO’ means a health information organization that brings together health care stakeholders within a defined geographic area and governs health information exchange among them for the purpose of improving health care in that community.
Regional health information organization or "RHIO" means the organization designated as the RHIO by the State of Rhode Island to provide administrative and operational support to the HIE.
