Regional Party definition

Regional Party or “Regional Parties” shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.03 of this Agreement.

Examples of Regional Party in a sentence

  • The Secretary shall within seven days notify any change of Officers to the Regional Party and to the Chief Executive of the Federal Party.

  • No amendment shall be made which conflicts with the Constitution of the Party or of the Regional Party.

  • Any amendment to this Constitution shall be subject to approval by the Regional Party.

  • An unsuccessful candidate who alleges that there has been or may have been an irregularity in the election may within one calendar month after the declaration of the result ask for an investigation by the Regional Party in accordance with the Party Constitution.

  • One copy of the Constitution shall be deposited with the Secretary of the Regional Party; and one shall be kept with the minute book of the Local Party.

  • In the event of the dissolution or suspension of the Local Party, the assets of the Local Party shall vest in the Regional Party on trust for the future reconstitution of the Local Party, unless explicitly provided otherwise by a General Meeting in the event of dissolution pursuant upon boundary changes and subject to the agreement of the Regional Party.

  • A copy of the annual accounts shall be sent to the Treasurer of the Regional Party and to the Chief Executive of the Federal Party.

  • Notice and minutes of all Annual and Special General Meetings shall be sent to the secretary of the Regional Party.

  • If a Branch is dissolved or suspended, any member of the Branch may request the Regional Party to conduct an investigation.

  • If amended, the document adopted should be forwarded to the Regional Party to confirm that it conforms with the Party Constitution.

Related to Regional Party

  • Authorized Affiliate means any of Customer's Affiliate(s) which (a) is subject to the data protection laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and/or the United Kingdom, and (b) is permitted to use the Service pursuant to the Agreement between Customer and Okta, but has not signed its own Order Form with Okta and is not a "Customer" as defined under the Agreement.

  • Screened Affiliate means any Affiliate of a Holder (i) that makes investment decisions independently from such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate, (ii) that has in place customary information screens between it and such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate and such screens prohibit the sharing of information with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) whose investment policies are not directed by such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holder in connection with its investment in the Notes, and (iv) whose investment decisions are not influenced by the investment decisions of such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holders in connection with its investment in the Notes.

  • Entity means a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity.

  • Tribal Entity means a federally-recognized tribal entity performing tribal governmental functions and eligible for funding and services from the U.S. Department of Interior by virtue of its status as an Indian tribe.
